FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $75.00. Normally 2-5 business days! Please enter FREESHIPPING in the coupon box at checkout. Offer valid for the 48 contiguous states. Certain oversized and drop ship items are excluded. If an item does not qualify for the $75 Free Shipping Special, it will be noted in the description page of that item. International orders do not qualify for this special.

SHIPPING CHARGES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: Continental USA "Standard" deliveries will be delivered using USPS Priority Mail OR UPS Ground, with a normal delivery time of 2-5 business days. You will always receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped. The cost of "Standard" delivery averages between $5.40 and $7.90, depending on the weight of the items ordered (your charges could be more if the order is very heavy). If you choose another type of service such as one of our expedited options, the price will be calculated based on weight and desired service. A Shipping Calculator will appear below your Shopping Cart and you can determine what your shipping charges will be for various types of shipping. On the final order page you will also have the chance to change your delivery option, add a coupon code or cancel before your order goes through.

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer - these items are noted accordingly (called "Drop Ship" items). Drop Ship items do not qualify for free shipping and may take a little longer to deliver, depending on the manufacturer. Please feel free to call us any time to inquire about delivery of a specific item. Drop Ship items are not always available for international shipping, so please contact us if you are one of our international friends.

DIMENSIONAL SURCHARGES: Some oversized packages that are being sent by airmail have dimensional surcharges applied. If a package is so large that a dimensional surcharge is applied, we will contact you first to obtain your permission before shipping your order. Standard ground shipments are not affected by this surcharge.

APO/FPO/PO SHIPMENTS: Deliveries to an APO, FPO or PO address will be sent USPS Priority Mail. Please choose the Standard shipping option. UPS does not ship to APO or PO addresses. No fee is added to APO/PO shipments for special handling and delivery to the post office. With US Post Office delivery you will also receive a tracking number.

ALASKA AND HAWAII: Alaska and Hawaii customers - we recommend choosing the "USPS Alaska/Hawaii" option and your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. UPS service is also available for quicker delivery, but be aware freight charges are more expensive using UPS and they do not guarantee delivery dates. Free shipping coupon does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii orders.

CANADA: We gladly accept orders from Canada. The customer is responsible to pay the import duties levied by the Canadian Government. Please choose from the following: USPS Airmail, UPS Standard to Canada or UPS Express. Note: UPS charges a brokerage fee to Canada so we recommend USPS Airmail. To get an estimate of the different shipping charges, enter the "State" and "Country" in the Shipping Calculator on the Shopping Cart page and choose one of the three shipping choices above. INTERNATIONAL: We ship to 32 countries around the world including: Australia, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Chile, Denmark, Ecuador, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Panama, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Venzuela. We ship UPS Express or USPS Airmail only. Shipping time for UPS Express is 2 to 3 business days and USPS Airmail is 4 to 20 business days. In some cases dimensional sizes may apply and have additional shipping cost. We will advise you before shipping the product and obtain your approval. DUTIES, VAT AND OTHER FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. FREE ITEMS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BE SENT WITH INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - PLEASE CONTACT US REGARDING YOUR SPECIFIC ORDER.

PAYMENT METHOD: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card is not billed until your order is shipped. Exceptions include some products shipped direct from the manufactuer. Purchase Order billing is available at check out for schools and government programs only. The purchase order shipping/billing name and address must be a school or government program location.
