Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (resellable condition). It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and you must ask for and receive permission to return the product before you send it. Please email us at to receive this permission. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at to let us know your item was defective or damaged. If we still have the item in stock, we will send you a replacement. We must receive and approve the defective or damaged item before refund is given.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your item is defective or damaged, and we are unable to send you a replacement, your return shipping costs (regular, ground) will also be refunded, and you will receive the full original cost of your order, including shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
